Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – YourGuideTravel .

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the terms of subscription and use of the paid services offered by YourGuideTravel, including Premium subscriptions and personalized options available via our app.

1. 🎯 Purpose

The purpose of these TCS is to set the conditions under which users may subscribe to the paid services offered through the YourGuideTravel app. These services include, but are not limited to:

Premium subscriptions
Access to advanced features
Personalized recommendations

2. 💳 Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD (U.S. dollars) or EUR (euros).

Payments are secured through our partner Stripe, certified PCI-DSS.

Subscriptions may be:

Monthly
Yearly

Unless canceled, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.

Commission fees may apply to certain transactions or services, where applicable.

3. 📥 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, either:

From their profile within the app
Or by contacting support at: [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for any ongoing period.

4. 💸 Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted after a service or subscription has been activated, except in the case of a major technical issue attributable to the YourGuideTravel app that prevents access to the service.

In such cases, the user is invited to contact support with the necessary documentation.

5. ⚠️ Liability

YourGuideTravel acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, local agencies, transport companies).

Therefore:

YourGuideTravel cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, errors, or changes caused by these third-party providers.
Users are responsible for checking the specific conditions of each service or provider with whom they make a booking.

6. ⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes

These TCS are governed by Moroccan law.
In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, only the competent courts of Kénitra (Morocco) shall have jurisdiction.
